I'm 5'8", 198 lbs(xl), pear shaped and this dress is very flattering. It can be dress up or down depending on shoes and jewelry. The fabric is thin but not so thin that you can see through it, just enough to make it a cool summer dress. The length was perfect! This dress hit all the bells amd whistles. Make sure you use the size guide for finished garment size.

UPDATED ~This dress was just what I was looking for! Something light and flowing to the midi-length--I actually feel comfortable in this dress and I'm not usually a "dress" person. I’m 5’4, 155 and athletic build with a generous tummy. This dress is very flowy and feminine. I love the look and feel of it. In fact, I bought two in different colors. Arrived on time and as pictured in the ad. I’ll post pics later. The size M fits well.

I have more of a pear shape with thick hips and thighs. A lot of dresses don't really look flattering on me. I really like it. The fabric is thin and light but not shear or see through. It is a modest dress that doesn't show a lot of body which I really like. It's a perfect summer, church, or just casual dress.

My weight has been fluctuating and I have an upcoming work event where a lot of the events take place outdoor. I wanted to find something that would be comfortable and light. This is PERFECT! Can be dressed up or down. I would recommend dress bc it's midi length & therefore appropriate for church or any gathering and you want to feminine and modest.

Dress was true to size chart. Feels good and flows nicely, Bought for outside day wedding. 45" chest with belly so nothing beautiful on me these days but this makes you feel good and looked better than most. I dance so needed something light and airy and so far best.
